Always Great customer service, such a Lovely person, She makes really cute personalised designs. The sponge is soooo light and fluffy everyone in the family thoroughly enjoys the cakes.

Ate the cake so quickly cause of how fluffy and light it was. Could probably eat the bigger ones in under 30 mins alone. Great customer service. Lovely person. Must have cakes, won’t be any left over cake to take home for sure

I found bentoboxbakes on a random tiktok search around 3 years ago when I was trying to find someone for my brother’s birthday. And now I only go to her for my cakes for every occasion and sometimes there isn’t an occasion. Her cakes are genuinely the best you will ever try. I don’t know why or how anyone would have anything bad to say about the cakes (favourite combo is plain sponge with cookies and cream filling), the sponge is light and fluffy and paired with the filling, it just doesn’t make you feel sick like other cakes do.

The customer service is immaculate and she pays attention to every small detail. She always goes above and beyond to accommodate and I think this is so important in order for a paying customer to come back and buy again. No bad words to say about her!
