Order Confirmation & Payment

Orders are not confirmed until payment is made.
Once you receive payment details, you have 48 hours to pay your deposit. Failure to do so will result in your order being released. (Applies to cake orders only.)

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All orders are non-refundable.
In the unfortunate event where you have to cancel your order, please provide at least 4 days before the scheduled date and you’ll be able change your order date

Design & Colour Disclaimer

Colours may appear differently in person compared to images due to lighting, screen settings, and natural variations in ingredients.
We do our best to replicate inspiration photos provided, but as the designs are not our original work, we cannot guarantee an exact match. Each cake is uniquely handcrafted.

Collection Times

Collection times are between 10 AM and 2 PM.

If these times do not work for you, please inform us before placing your order and making payment so we can try to accommodate.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate collections later than 7PM. In the event that we do not receive confirmation from you regarding your collection, your cake will be disposed of with no refund or rescheduling.

Late Collection Fees

Failure to collect within the allocated time slot will result in a £5 late collection charge.

An additional £2.50 will be charged for every 30 minutes beyond the initial late fee.

Pickup & Delivery Policy

Customers are responsible for collecting their orders on the agreed-upon date and time.

Once an order has been collected, we are not liable for any damages that occur during transport.

If delivery is available, please ensure someone is present to receive the order at the scheduled time. Additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts.

Changes to Orders

Any modifications to an order (e.g., design, flavors, size) must be requested at least 5 days in advance and are subject to availability.

Last-minute changes may not be accommodated.

Changes cannot be made after an order has been confirmed and paid for.

Allergy Disclaimer

While we take care in our baking process, our products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies before placing an order.

Shelf Life & Storage

Cakes must be stored in the fridge to maintain freshness.

Cakes should be consumed within 5 days of collection.

Cakes made with cream cheese frosting are more delicate than ganache or buttercream and should be handled with extra care during collection and transport.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, power outages, or supplier shortages. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
